Appointment Policy

Hours of Operation:

  Monday-Friday:        8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

  Saturday:                     8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 

Office Hours are by appointment.

Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Surgeries:

Surgeries are scheduled by appointment Monday-Friday with admits in the morning between 8:00 - 8:30 a.m.  Any animal undergoing anesthesia is to be fasted overnight and have the water picked up first thing in the morning, unless otherwise directed by their veterinarian.

Ultrasounds & Blood Tests:

Can be scheduled as appointments or as admits.  The patient should be fasted (but can have water) unless otherwise directed by their veterinarian.

Patient Arrival Policy

All referrals and new clients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to actual appointment time to complete the check in process.   

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. 

Boarding Policy

We offer boarding & special care boarding for all small animals and exotics as a service for our clients only.  

Our kennel drop off & pick up hours are:

                                    Monday - Friday:    8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

                                    Saturday:                  8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Our kennel reservations do require advance booking and tend to be busy during holidays.  Priority reservations are for geriatric and medical cases.  Please click here for additional information on boarding rates and policies. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.
